Welcome to Gaymer Base!
Our mission is to build community and a sense of belonging to gaymers.
Gaymer and gay gamer are umbrella terms used to refer to the group of people who identify themselves as gay and have an active interest in the video game community, also known as gamers. Bisexual or transgender gamers are sometimes categorized under this term.
We hope to bring about social change and break down stigmas and stereotypes about the LGBT community. We accomplish this with different media forms through dedicated members and volunteers.
Here you will find a growing database of information about all things gaymer and all things nerdy. Don’t worry, we won’t tell anybody about it if you don’t. But if you do, here are our Facebook & Twitter pages!

My Superpower: Making Senpai Notice
Putting the SLAYER in coSpLAYER since 2014 (The P is silent…) Born at a very young age in Sin City, my life choices have brought me to settle in the nearby neighborhood (relative to location) of Navarre, Florida. Currently starring in my own reality show titled, “A Modern-Day Mulan; One Boy’s Search for Honor While Impersonating Someone Else.” Suffering from various series addictions brought on by the “double-nomena” (double phenomena) of Netflix and Hulu, I often find myself shut in at home turning floor foam into awesome armor. I hope one day people love my costumes the way women in commercials love yogurt.
Favorite Video Game: the Dragon Age games (don’t make me choose!)
Favorite superhero: Jean Gray/Phoenix
Superpower: Cursing in multiple languages
I like to play dress up! I’ve been cosplaying on and off for 15 years, but really committed to improving my costuming skills in 2013. When I’m not crafting, I am pretty much glued to my PS4, and am a huge RPG junkie, but I generally stay away from MMOs because I do not play well with others. I’ve been a gamer my whole life, since my dad introduced me to the first Kings Quest. I remember spending hours playing Gauntlet on our Commodore 64. I still make inappropriate jokes about dysentery, thanks to all that time spent playing Oregon Trail in school.
