With other amazing actors like Bryan Cranston as Zordon and Elizabeth Banks as Rita Repulsa. Even the rangers were excited to work with Cranston. Montgomery said, “So we had a bit of contact with these other actors, and suddenly he came into the mix, and we were all like, ‘Oh my God, it’s Bryan Cranston.”

While being interviewed by the Collider, RJ Cyler revealed that each ranger has their own fighting style that reflects their individual personalities, and that the film will have The Dark Knight tone getting even grittier and moving away from the original happy-go-lucky teenagers from the ‘90s TV show.

This may alienate the old school fans, but the good news is that Alpha, the lovable sidekick of Zordon will be appearing in the film. Director Dean Israelite said “Yes, yes. I think it’s gonna be a spectacular character.”

And the Dinozords that the Power Rangers summon have not been scrapped. Dacre Montgomery, the Red Ranger, said “It’s the T-Rex! Like, how could you go anywhere else? It’s amazing, I’m really happy with mine.”

“Absolutely. The music is going to be key in this movie and we are working really hard with phenomenal artists and producers to figure out the sound.”
